ISL Mindful Mondays Program

 Dear ISL Community,

Mindful Mondays is a wellness program designed to encourage you to be more aware of your overall wellness and live healthier, happier lives.

Take a look at our brief Youtube video here. It provides students, parents and staff with “drop-in” activities every Monday which focus on promoting physical, mental, social and emotional health and well-being. We are offering this via Google Meet. Click here to access the Google Meet. Please note that as we are now following the SBL timetable, the afternoon slots have changed to 2:30-3:00pm for our 8 to 12 year olds and 3:15-4:00pm for the Teens.
