Primary and Secondary Drop-off and Pick-Up Timings

Dear Parents,

Please find below the overview of our drop-off and pick-up procedures.



Drop-off and pick-up designated zones


  • Secondary car park: Years 7-13

  • MPC car park: Years 7-9, Nursery, Preschool, Year 3 and Year 6 

  • Primary car park: Year 4 and Year 5

  • Early Years car park: Reception - Year 2


Drop-off 


06.30: all school gates are open. One sanitization booth in each car park is open. Students will enter, sanitise and remain seated in a designated area, socially distanced.


06.45: All sanitisations booths open. Students will enter, sanitise and remain seated in a designated area, socially distanced.


06.55: classes open for students.


07.15: One sanitization booth in each car park is open. Primary students will enter, sanitise and go to their class.  Secondary students will enter, sanitise and go to the Secondary office to register as “late”.


07.30: All gates closed except for the Administration gate (Nangwenya Road)  and the MPC gate which will be used for Nursery and Preschool parents and students.


08.15: MPC gate closed. All gates closed except for the Administration gate (Nangwenya Road). 


Pick-up


11:30: MPC gates open for Nursery and Preschool parents Primary students will enter, sanitise and go to their class. 


12:00: Early Years car park open for Reception students


13:00: Primary and Secondary car parks open


14.00: Unless prior academic or other curricular meetings have been organized and approved of, all students are expected to have left campus.


If for any reason, during drop-off or pick-up, you need to get out of your car to assist any students, please park in the parking space found in each car park. This will permit a smooth flow of traffic in the drop-off/ pick-up zones. If parents need to park for an extended period of time they are requested to park in the MPC.


You are encouraged to use the MPC car park for both drop-off and pick-up if you find the designated car park is congested.
