Exams Yoga


It was fantastic to see a little bit of socially distanced fun before the start of Mock Exams! As part of our Build Up Programme, on Wednesday 3 March, Year 11 students had the opportunity to participate in a yoga session led by our very own Ms Kumar. Students were introduced to some easy and useful techniques to help them deal with exam stress and learn how to focus their mind. 

It was really incredible to learn how you can use your brain like any other muscle in your body and train it to allow you to focus on tasks more easily. Thank you Ms Kumar for taking the time to support our students! I certainly felt ready to take on the world after that session!
