Introducing Mr. Ves Ivanov - ISL IBDP & IGCSE History/TOK Teacher and IGCSE Coordinator!

ISL management is very excited to introduce to the community Mr. Ves Ivanov who is coming to us from Lyng Hall School located in Coventry, England, where he has been a leader of learning for History since 2016. Mr. Ivanov also served as Progress and Intervention Coordinator for Humanities (PiXL) at the named school since 2017. He is presently studying for a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard University, and an NPQ in Middle Leadership - School Leadership Pathway - Teach First. He holds a PGCE in Secondary Education (Teach First) with QTS from Birmingham City University, a BA in History (with Honours), Upper Second Diploma from University of Warwick, and an A* in A-level History, an A* in A-level Economics, an A* in A level History of Art, and a B in A level English from Gresham’s School in Norfolk, United Kingdom. Mr. Ves Ivanov is fluent in English, Bulgarian, Macedonian, and Early Modern Slavonic. He also has a working knowledge of German and Russian languages.
