As you may recall, the school has entered into a build-operate-transfer agreement with The Urban Hotel Group.
This produces much-needed capital to finance our redevelopment plans. The deal brings in $1.75M in funds plus $150k in in-kind contributions. These should come in over the next year or so.
Late September saw the corporate launch of this project, The Urban Hotel Lusaka. The launch event was attended by trustees, board members, TUHG executives and the school's management along with invited guests.
