The second semester started with students being engaged in online learning due to the second wave of the the corona virus. In as much as we can cite the many challenges brought on by the pandemic, we have also endeavoured to do our best to rise to the challenge.
In Middle School, teachers have been working very hard to deliver the IMYC program online and students have responded positively. We have also been able to cater for our students who are currently out of the country and they are moving at the same pace as the students in the country. We are currently about to conclude our third unit of the year which will be crowned by a virtual exit point where students will demonstrate their understanding of what they have been learning throughout the unit using a media project.
On another good note, we have been receiving a lot of interest from new parents in our IMYC program. We have enrolled and continue to enroll more new students despite the challenges with the pandemic. Our well developed online program has continued to receive positive feedback from new and old parents alike. We can only say "kudos" to the teachers in Middle School for their dedication and hard work!
We look forward to a successful year as we adapt to the new normal in the delivery of education.
