Middle leadership blog training commenced today to give more colleagues a voice on our blog. The blog is primarily intended to house material that may be of interest to the association but which does not warrant its own email. I have, however, taken to using it for more important communications coupled with an email linking directly to the relevant blog post. The blog is part of our communications enhancements. Please also don't forget to use ask@islzambia.org to have a reply published on the blog.
