Year 13 mock exams
Since school began in January, in addition to working on internal assignments, our Year 13 students have also been busy with the preparations for mock modern languages oral exams and subject diagnostic exams.
Thoughts on discounts
The attractiveness of discounts are obvious - who doesn't want to pay less for something? - but they have consequences that may not be so evident, primarily their unfortunate effect on school finances.
COVID Task Force
Our board has revitalized our COVID-19 Task Force to lead our response to the resurgence of the virus. I am grateful to two board members - Maureen Mersmann and Matt Sommerville - and to association member Mikaela Hildebrand for their invaluable role here. Virtual town hall
Our first virtual town hall of the year got off to a good start on Thursday with many parents along with teachers and staff, over 50 people in total. I was grateful for the many supportive and appreciative comments made about our school’s response to the crisis.

2021 January Diploma Bulletin
IB Diploma Students and teachers have gracefully embraced virtual learning since we reopened school on the 12th of January and have since then continued to effectively engage in all aspects of academic programme remotely.

You will no doubt be aware that the coronavirus continues to spread in Zambia and that President Lungu has instructed government schools to remain closed longer than expected.

Dealing (again) with COVID-19
We find ourselves once more facing this vicious virus and must discharge our mission - to educate children - while keeping people safe. As a response, we have closed our campus and transitioned back to home-based learning until at least Friday 22nd January 2021.

Secondary book pick up
The Secondary library will be open today, Wednesday January 13th, from 07.15 - 15.00 and Friday, January 15th from 07.15 - 14.00, to allow students who have been informed by their teachers to return old text books and/or pick up new text books to complete this task.
