Secondary Late-Tardiness Guidelines

Secondary parents and students will be aware that we are trying to streamline the morning attendance procedures to ensure students are in school on time and ready for first period. Please find below a document which describes our processes and procedures with regard to arrival time and consequences for being late. These procedures are not new as much as we are making a concerted effort to apply the existing rules.

Of course we undersand that it is not easy to get everyone out of the house in the morning, especially for those of us with a number of children. Nevertheless, we believe that the habit of being on time is an important one to develop and maintain throughout life. If you have any feedback on this system, please feel free to contact the Secondary office, or Ms Chifuka, the Pastroal Coordinator, or Mr Patterson, the Secondary Principal. (an email has also been sent with this information)
