The Board met on Tuesday 25th January. The Head of School and the different Board committees gave updates on the work they have been doing since the last Board meeting in November 2021. School enrolment has continued to increase. Our enrolment is back to what it was, pre-COVID. We currently have 661 students.
The Estates and Projects Committee has completed the list of priority renovation and maintenance works for the school for 2022, which the Board has approved. The Policy and Planning Committee have changed sections 1 and 2 of the Board Policy Manual, which have also received Board approval. They have further developed a second draft of the secondary dress code which will soon be shared with the association. The COVID-19 Task Force continues to meet weekly, tracking daily numbers, reviewing changes to government guidelines and restrictions, and approving events. The Budget for the coming financial year is nearly complete, and the Finance & Revenue Committee will submit it for Board approval at the next Board meeting on March 22, 2022.
