Year Art Exhibition- Fund Raiser

Glorious three days on campus with the Year 2 Art Exhibition! Stunning displays of exhibits and knowledge by the Year 2 students.💖

Hearty Congratulations to the class teachers and the Arts teacher on facilitating this achievement. The students in both year groups sold their paintings to their parents and collectively have raised K12,402!

The money raised has been donated to Sisabelo Saka Inclusive school in Lusaka which is a non-profit school aiming to provide inclusive education to children with visual impairment. It currently has 9 students with visual impairments who were previously not in any school. The money was received by Ms. Gondwe, who is the founder of the school and will go towards an ICT lab that is being planned and built for the children. 

Fantastic student agency was seen when pricing artwork and selling it to parents persuasively 😊👍
