I'd like to extend a warm welcome to Miss Nicole Voss who joins us as our Secondary Biology teacher.
As many of you know, Ms Vicky Meredith, our IBDP and IGCSE Biology teacher continues her maternity until the end of April. We are happy to announce that Vicky and daughter, Liseli, are doing well.
As many of you know, Ms Vicky Meredith, our IBDP and IGCSE Biology teacher continues her maternity until the end of April. We are happy to announce that Vicky and daughter, Liseli, are doing well.
Over the next few months we are very fortunate to have Ms Nicole Voss join ISL as our Secondary Biology teacher. Nicole has a Master of Teaching (Secondary Science), a Master of Applied Science (Marine Biology) and a Bachelor of Arts (Biology and French). Previous to her career in education she has worked as a research biologist and an environmental biologist.
Nicole has over 10 years of teaching Secondary Biology. Over the past several years Nicole has been the Secondary Biology teacher and Year Leader at the Australian International School of Hong Kong, where she was teaching IBDP (Year 12 and 13) Biology, Australian High School (Years 10 and 11) Biology as well as Middle School Science and Math classes. Ms Voss has also taught Italian and French.
Nicole has been active in the development and implementation of Pastoral Care programmes focused on Positive Education and Mindfulness. She has also organised and supervised international scuba diving trips from Hong Kong to Bali, Thailand and the Philippines. She is volleyball enthusiast and has coached volleyball at junior and senior levels.
